Aroma-touch Sessions
"ATT" is an application of 8 DoTerra Essential oils to the back and feet specifically. This service aims to bring the body - especially the nervous systems - into a state of homeostasis... into balance. It can be helpful for most conditions and issues and is a beautiful compliment to our massage services. This technique is a stand alone service and routine from beginning to end, but can be added to any massage service.

Included in Session Price.
Ease your system and release discomfort with Aromatherapy. 4-6 Doterra essential oils are used throughout your customized massage. Essential oils can be used to aid in relaxation and create feelings of well being and comfort as well as help soft tissue discomfort and can be a great add on for Athletes.
Stretch Session.
$35
A fusion of facilitated stretch work, Thai Massage stretching and PNF techniques, this add on is performed at the end of your session, with clothing on. These sessions help to increase flexibility, decrease pain and work a layer deeper into problem and focus areas. Please wear comfortable clothing or bring a second outfit to change into after your massage.
* 1-2 area focus for 15 minute session, can be added to any session length
Hot Stones.
$20
In our Hot Stone treatment add-on*, warm basalt stones are incorporated into your customized massage service. Hot stones can ease sore muscles, add heat to tight tissue in order to make the tissues less sensitive to deeper massage work, and adds an overall sensation of release and relaxation. Stones can be used as a standard full body treatment or adjusted to your areas of choice

Cupping.
$20
An ancient practice performed in different ways across many cultures; cupping is an effective way to release fascia, decrease pain and tension in muscle tissue and break up adhesions in soft tissue. Our cupping treatments are incorporated into your customized massage treatments.
